PRODUCTS
RETRACTABLE PUNCH MOULD
• This is the most commonly used mould in ceramic industry
• Easy to use and cheap it fit to the majority of productions
• Possibility to produce tile with lateral spacers.
• This mould limit is to have tile good side tunred-down, there is therefore the risk damage the tile during extraction.
• High productivity (strokes/minute).
MIRROR MOULD
• Tile good side turned-up, avoiding therefore damage during extraction. No need to turn upside down tile
• Suitable for structured surfaces and technical gres porcelain .
• Movable Die Box, positioned on hydraulic pistons, during perssing phase upper punches doesn’t get into the die box, allowing a better deaeration and possiiblity to produce extra thick tiles .
• Long duration mould.
• With this mould is not possible to produce tile with lateral psacers.
UPPER FORMING MOULD (S.F.S.)
• This is the only mould having together tile good side up ands pacers.
• This is the most evolved mould, for both perssing phase and manufacturing complexity.
• Similar to mirror mould, with an extra die box and extraction fixed on upper bar, needed to obtain spacers and correct tile extraction.
• Suitable for high quality gres porcelain productions.
• Long duration mould.
FAST CHANGE LINERS DIE BOX
• Interchangeable liners directly on the press,without special tools.
• Different Size tiles on the same mould.
• Fast and easy to use.

The peculiarity of this system is the introduction, between the
Die Box and Liners walls, of an hardened steel support plate
with angled grooves and hooks screwed.
