DETAILS IN CEMENT
We have a long experience in planning and manufacturing business of
cement mould for counterweight and manufactured products.
Availing ourselves of our experience in ceramic sector and using the most suitable technology
now available, we are able to manufacture cement moulds having
considerable geometrical complexity and we are offering, since the beginning, a full technical assistance.
We are giving to our customers an extremely careful full-optional service, starting from initial model planning/modification,
using CAD 3D, in order to optimize it depending on pressing need, until the mould production with tempered
steel having high wear resistance, indispensable to work with extremely abrasive mixture, composed of cement and sand
The pieces subjected to an high wear resistance are produced using a modular system and with interchangeable inserts,
so that the customer can provide itself, in its premises, to their replacement.
Thanks to this system we can obtain a remarkable increase of the mould operative life,
before needing to send it to the workshop for the regeneration operations.
We realize also special gripper extracting devices for the manipulation of concrete pieces after the pressing step.
Immediately after the pressing the concrete not still seasoned-hardened turn out to be extremely delicate and fragile.
The manipulation post pressing in phase of stocking therefore often turns out
extremely difficult above all for the particular more complex which those circulars.
In order to obviate to such problem we produce our grippers that it allows one sure and fast extraction of pieces from the mould.
